Terms of Use
These terms govern use of Praman Network operated by Praman Network Technology. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
Independent Praman accounts are for adults aged 18 or older. An adult may create a private guardian-managed identity for a child. A second adult must accept an invitation; each guardian must separately complete staff verification before managing records or institution permissions. Guardian-managed children cannot independently sign in, appear in public search or use the social network. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and do not create deceptive identities or impersonate another person or organisation.
Free access
Praman Network is free to use. No subscription, payment card or paid upgrade is required for the features provided in this release.
Professional and organisation information
You are responsible for information you submit. A Praman verification or attestation records the scope and source of evidence available to Praman; it is not a guarantee of future performance, employment, suitability or legal status.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, probe, bypass access controls, abuse invitations or messaging, upload malware, create fraudulent claims, harass users, misuse private data, attempt privilege escalation, or use Praman in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.
Organisation authority
If you act for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so. Organisation roles and permissions determine what you may access or change. Affiliation with an organisation does not by itself grant administrative authority.
Opportunities, referrals and matches
Praman provides structured information, permissioned discovery and explainable matching signals. Praman does not guarantee that a person will be hired, selected, accepted, verified or successfully complete a project. Users and organisations make their own decisions.
Evidence and uploads
Only upload information you are entitled to provide. Evidence may remain quarantined until security scanning completes. Access to private evidence can be restricted, revoked or audited.
Suspension and termination
Praman may restrict or suspend accounts or organisation access for security, abuse, fraud, legal or trust reasons. Account deletion may be delayed where ownership, platform authority, disputes, security records or legal retention require controlled resolution.
Service changes
Praman may improve features, policies and infrastructure while preserving stable public identity references and applying non-breaking migration practices where reasonably possible.
